SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:

  1. Processing Time: We normally process orders within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays may take longer to process. For pre-orders, processing and delivery time varies from 1 to 3 weeks. This will be mentioned in the product description. 

  2. Shipping Methods: We ship orders via Royal Mail or other reputable courier services. The shipping method used will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.

  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping for orders over a certain £150.00. 

  4. Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this to track the delivery of your order. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 2-5 business days within the UK. If you prefer a quicker delivery, please contact us via chat option on the website or email us @ethnicrysha@gmail.com

  5. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

  6. Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

  7. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at ethnicrysha@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and replace your order if necessary.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. It should not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  2. Proof of purchase: You must have a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, in order to process a return.

  3. Method of return: To return an item, please email us at ethnicrysha@gmail.com to process a return and further instructions. You may be asked to provide photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.

  4. Refunds or exchanges: We offer refunds for the full purchase price of the item, minus any shipping charges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at ethnicrysha@gmail.com to receive further instructions.

  5. Sale items: Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. This will be clearly indicated in the product description.

  6. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered to us. If the returned item is not in saleable condition when returned to us, it will be buyers responsibility to arrange the collection back at their own cost. 

  7. Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
